The blur in these pictures is fairly similar due to the fact that (a) my camera doesn’t have that many aperture settings (b) the objects aren’t far enough apart. Though the blur isn’t that visible, you can see the difference with light in the pictures. This is because the lower the aperture the more light the camera lets in. This is why my f/5.3 picture is lighter than the f/10 picture.

In these pictures I changed my distance from the object. This changes the depth of field making some objects blurrier than others. The picture where I was closer to the objects, the less focus the front chess piece was.  As took steps backwards the more my camera could focus on.
